  1. How do I book a party?
    Call us at 912-691-8797 or email info@bouncing-angels.com. Please include date, time and number of guests. A party planning coordinator will contact you to confirm your reservation. We require a 50% deposit when you book your party. The balance is due at the time of your party.

  2. How many guests can I have?
    The number of guests is based on the party package you requested.

  3. What party options do I have?
    You may refer to Party Packages for a summary of our options. We have 8 basic packages, open play, and full facility rentals. However, we can also customize our packages to fit your needs.
  4. If I have reserved a party, may I bring food?
    YES.
     No greasy food allowed. If you want to bring chicken wings a $35.00 cleaning fee will be accessed. 
  5. I do not have party reservations, may I bring a cake?
    If you have not reserved a party, you may not bring a cake or any other outside food or drink.

  6. How soon do I need to provide my food order?
    If you need ice cream or drinks, let us know prior to your arrival. However, we will still try to accommodate you if you let us know when you arrive. We need your pizza order within 10 minutes after your arrival. That way we can make sure you have enough time to enjoy your refreshments.
  7. Do you serve the food?
    Bouncing Angels does not serve the food; you do. However, if you order pizza or other refreshments, we will bring them to you.

  8. Is my deposit refundable?
    NO. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you need to cancel a party, you can change the date and time; or you can use the deposit towards open play. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  9. How soon can we arrive?
    We ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes from the start of your party.

  10. Will my party area be available when I arrive?
    We do not guarantee that you will be able to go directly to your table when you arrive for your party. We ask for your patience if your table is not ready when you arrive. However, we will have you set up by the time you finish your play time.

  11. How long are the parties?
    Parties are approximately 2 hours long. We usually give 1 hour and 15 minutes in the play arena and 30 minutes in the party area. Once the party is over you are allowed to stay and keep playing on the inflatables. It is up to you to monitor your time. The time you spend in the party area includes eating, passing out goodie bags, etc. As a courtesy to all our guests, we cannot allow you to go past 2 hours. However, you may reserve more time when you book your party for an additional charge. If space is available, you may request more time the day of your party for an additional charge.
  12. Who needs socks?
    All guests playing on the inflatables are required to wear socks. This includes all adults and children. No exceptions. If you don't have socks, you may purchase them from Bouncing Angels Staff @ $2.00 per kid and $2.50 per adult.
  13. Are waivers required?
    Waivers are required for children age 1 to 17. Parents must sign the waiver before the children are allowed to play. Waivers are required each time you visit Bouncing Angels.

  14. What happens if we arrive late or have guests that arrive late?
    Unless you give us advance notice and reschedule, you will have 2 hours starting at the time you requested when you booked your party.

  15. Can we return to the play arena after we eat?
    Yes, you may return to the play arena. For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, we require that you wait 15 minutes after you or your kids eat to return to the play arena.
  16. Can we stay once the party has ended?
    Yes.Again, for the safety and enjoyment of all, we ask that you to wait 15 minutes before returning to the inflatables.
  17. What happens if my guests don't show and I have less than the number reserved?
    We don't adjust packages downward on the day of your party. For example, if you book a party of 16, and you have 10, you would still pay for a party of 16. If you are uncomfortable with the larger package, we suggest that you book a size smaller. However, if you choose to do this and you determine that you will have more guests, please give us a call before the date of your party so that we can accommodate all of your guests.
  18. Are decorations allowed?
    Decorations are fine. However, no piņata, confetti, or silly string please. We will charge an extra $50.00 clean-up fee if these items are brought in.
